Hello everyone. I've been a member of my fitness pal but never posted. I finally decided that the reason I keep starting and stopping with exercise and eating right is because I have no motivation and no one to hold me accountable. Maybe if I start posting and becoming more involved, I will have better success with my weight loss. I've lost count on the number of times I've started over over the past 2-3 years, but I'm hoping to make this my last. I am a mother of a 1 year old daughter, a student, and I'm hoping to lose at least 25 lbs.

Hi! I've started and stopped several times, too, and am wanting to get more involved for the same reasons :-). I have two boys and am trying to lose 20 lbs. Babies are costly to your body but soo worth it! Want a new fitnesspal friend? Add me :-)0
