What loosing 40 lbs did to my body

Hey all,

Started this journey after i saw the first picture i could not imagine how i was.
Now 5 months later, i have more energy than never ! Did the Spartan race and planing to do the Spartan Beast soon !

Sorry McDonalds, KFC, Burger King, Domino's pizza etc..; you lost a good customer ! :)

    I did my first Spartan Race (5 K version) yesterday at Mt. Tremblant. What an awesome experience!

    seriously though, congrats on the weight loss. there's nothing like seeing yourself in a picture. i personally want to throat chop ALL the people in my life over the past few years who told me i looked good :laugh:
