 Oatmeal because I eat it for breakfast 75% of the time. Flaxseeds for the omega-3's. Tea because when I'm feeling munchy, a hot cup of tea usually does the trick to keep me from snacking.0

            3 foods I really need are crunchy almond butter, blueberries, and whole wheat bread.0

            eggs: My Dad and I, like to fry up an egg or two in the morning... or make them how ever.
 milk: Milk just blends well with whey protien and my other shakes
 donuts: My dad loves to give my nephew a few donuts, and then release him on me or one of our relatives that watch him... :grumble:0
