Hi,
I'm Kerstin, 34 years old and since I stopped smoking nearly 2 years ago, I wasn't able to control my weight. A few months ago I was diagnosed with PCOS and Hashimoto's thyrioiditis.
I would be so happy if I could lose about 15 kg, and I hope to get a little support here!!!

Oh, and sorry for my mistakes, I only learned English at school and this is a while ago :-)

    Congrats on stopping smoking! That is quite a challenge and quite the accomplishment. Good for you for wanting to get healthier. No worries about the mistakes :) Friend request sent. We can motivate each other to take off the kilos and get healthy.
