Oatmeal because I eat it for breakfast 75% of the time. Flaxseeds for the omega-3's. Tea because when I'm feeling munchy, a hot cup of tea usually does the trick to keep me from snacking.0 -

milk: Milk just blends well with whey protien and my other shakes
