    oatmeal
    flaxseed
    tea

Oatmeal because I eat it for breakfast 75% of the time. Flaxseeds for the omega-3's. Tea because when I'm feeling munchy, a hot cup of tea usually does the trick to keep me from snacking.

eggs: My Dad and I, like to fry up an egg or two in the morning... or make them how ever.

milk: Milk just blends well with whey protien and my other shakes

donuts: My dad loves to give my nephew a few donuts, and then release him on me or one of our relatives that watch him... :grumble:

    1-2-3: Eggs.

Ok... Eggs, cottage cheese OR greek yogurt, fruit.

Could happily go a whole day with just those.
