'Cafe mocha'
- 1 packet stevia (optional)
-1 tablespoon ovaltine rich chocolate milk mix
-1/3 cup choice of non-dairy or non-fat milk
-1 cup fresh brewed coffee
Mix all ingredients. Serve warm or iced.
'Banana-chocolate Smoothie'
- 1 frozen banana
-1 cup unsweetened chocolate almond milk
-1 packet stevia (optional)
Blend ingredients and serve cold.
'Banana Shake'
- 1 frozen banana
- 6 oz. non fat vanilla yogurt (such as Dannon Light&Fit)
Blend ingredients and serve immediately.
'Fresh Peach Iced Tea'
-1 cold brew black tea bag
-1 quart room temperature-luke warm water, with 1 cup separated
-1 fresh peach, peeled, pitted, and sliced
- 1/2 cup of stevia or white sugar
Blend together peach slices and the separated cup of water until pureed. Add peach mixture to remaining water in a pitcher. Place tea bag in pitcher and steep until desired strength (about 5 minutes depending on water temperature). Stir in sweetener/sugar. Store in the refrigerator and serve over ice. Makes 3-4 servings.
