Zig Zag Method

Hello
Recently someone posted a topic on using the zig zag method and I am keen to give it a go. Using this website - http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm - I have worked out how many calories I'll be eating everyday but was wondering if there is a way change this for the week ahead in your diary settings?
i.e. Monday 1200, Tuesday 1000, Wednesday 1450 etc. etc.
Or do you have to change each day as you come to it?
Any help would be much appreciated!

No you cannot set up your diary that way. Personally I wouldn't bother changing it every day, I'd just keep track of that day's goal myself. But if you want to go to that much trouble then you would have to change it each day, and remember if you set today at 1200 then all your past days will read 1200 also.0

I haven't personally done this - however, I did notice another poster who had a solution (can't remember who!). Basically, set up your goal for the lowest day, then create a custom exercise for each other day ("Monday Exercise", "Tuesday Exercise", etc.) and define the calories burned as the offset for that day. You'll basically spoof the day's goal into a higher number, as you'll have earned that many calories from the "exercise". Simple and smart.0
