Need support in Minnesota

Good morning everyone, I have been overweight my entire life and on a constant plan to lose but while I have had successes they don't last. So obviously I need to do something else and this is the start of something else. I am looking for support and to offer my support as well. Thank you and am looking forward to a healthier you and me.
