I get a lot of pimples underneath the girls. How can I get rid or prevent them? I use apricot scrub and it helps but does not eliminate it.

baby powder under your bra before working out?0

Maybe wear a better fitting bra?0

puttin' a sticky in this topic... :-), nope got nothing to add other than antiseptic to unclog the pores, and wash the sports bra in hot water to kill bacteria0

I know it sounds weird but potato peal rubbed on the skin helps to dry the area. I also use a sports bar instead of a regular bra. Breaths better and holds the girls better for workouts.0

Neutrogena Body Clear Body wash.0

baby powder under your bra before working out?
This seems to work for me.0 -
I put baby powder under my breasts.0

I use a cornstarch-based body/baby powder to eliminate the chafing and pimples there, as well as in other places -- always happens when its hot and the humidity is also high...0

I use desitine (for diper rash) works great for the face too only under the girls with this hot weather I find I really have to keep after it . the heat makes it come back faster but this relieves the itch and burning that I get. Mine sometimes feels like there is sticker in them like fiberglass or something.0

Baby powder as others have said and using an antibacterial body wash. I also had a splash of bleach when I wash my workout clothes. Seems to work for me.0

You can get what is essentially a yeast infection under your boobs, if nothing else works go to a dermatologist, they have prescriptions that easily and painlessly clear it up!!
Also- shower right after working out, don't sit around in sweaty clothes. Pat the skin dry, don't wipe, it's less harsh thus causes less irritations. Use a mild soap (I use Dove Sensitive), try to not use a lot of dyes or perfumes. Let the girls breathe sometimes, don't always wear a bra.0 -
I dont get pimples there but I do get major redness and chafing. Monistat has a ointment that is for chafing that works wonders and dries as a powder.0

Its obvious you're sweating there as I do.
Get some alcohol swabs, and wipe down after your shower with alcohol. You'll probably have to do this all summer.
This should clear them up.0 -
I also use a sports bar
You must be staaaacked if you can fit a whole sports bar under there.0 -
In the Summer I have this issue a lot. I use Gold Bond Medicated powder. It is awesome.0

I wear an underwire sports bra with a cotton one over it for extra support, and I put an antiperspirant on before I exercise and wash with a shower gel that has the scrub beads.0

Not to be gross...but it could be a yeast infection. Yeast grows in hot, humid places...which is exactly what you get when you work out. Definitely wash a bra in hot water after every use. Don't wear more than one day. Also, try an antibacterial soap, and maybe even a yeast killing cream. Your doctor can prescribe one to you. Hope that helps Good luck!!0

I didn't know this could even happen but yeah definitely go with the talc and maybe some nappy rash cream to soothe it. Just try and keep as dry as possible and make sure you're dry after showers.0

I use Arrid cream antiperspirant underneath the girls as well as my arm. The pharmacist needs to order it for me, since they don't normally carry it on the shelves, but they do, and it really helps.0

This sounds more like a yeast infection, and yes you can get them on other parts of the body besides the vajayjay. I would call the doc and try to get some topical meds for it0 -
Try using deodorant underneath. It works under your arms, It will work under the girls as well. Just a swipe before the workout helps greatly.0

Antiperspirant works for me too. Otherwise I end up with a red rash.0

everyone has already told you just about everything you can do for that! I just think it was kinda lame how someone posted on your wall that they weren't even gonna read it. ok then um why bother commenting? :huh:0

Just wash and dry frequently and maybe add something to wick the moisture away ex) baby powder, antiperspirant etc.0
