Hi all,
I made myself baked potato this afternoon for lunch but I'm not quite sure how to log it. I weighed it before and after cooking it in the microwave. Do i use the after cook weight? I can't seem to find a decent option when i search the food database. Any suggestions.
Thanks.

I would you the cooked weight of the potato to log your caloric intake of your lunch. Did you have any goodies on it like, bacon, cheese, butter, etc? If so then you have to add that too0

Yeah, i had cheese and butter, both of which were weighed and counted. I've been counting calories on and off for nearly 8 years and I've always avoided a baked potato cause i couldn't figure it out. This time around i'm doing good. lol although my motivation at times sucks. Thanks for the help.0
