How to enter my workouts on the exercise tab. I can never figure out how to enter my calorie burns from Walk Away the Pounds Videos...today I did a Walk and Kick which switched between walking and kick boxing. I know my calorie burn was higher than just a walk because I was sweating so bad that my shirt is drenched...any suggestions on how to enter this? I'm not sure if this qualifies as "Circuit Training" or not?

I put in Walk Away the Pounds as aerobics, but I also adjust the calorie burn for it if my HRM gives me a different number than MFP.0

How close if your hrm to mfp? I don't have one so I'm clueless about them. Is the burn usually higher or lower than what MFP says?0
