right now i'm doing sparkspeople.com's 8 week rookie training program....i run from 30 to 40 mins 3xs a week. i did a 5k 2 months ago and have another 4.5 weeks (july 4th).0 -

i run 3xs a week right now and the other 3 days i do dvd's (jillian michael's) and weights and other cardio things.0
