My one yr anniversary

Today is my one yr anniversary, and I'm super proud and happy with my accomplishment.
I've lost 30 pounds but I'm now lifting weights and getting leaner and stronger.
I recommend anybody to combine cardio with weight lifting so you can see an amazing difference.
Still a work in progress and willing to help you all to reach your weight loss goals.
We all can do this, ant Thank you to MFP family, you are the best!

    I love that shirt, and the best part is that I bought it at Five below, where all their shirts are made for skinny little girls. and it fits!!!!!
