Eat more. You are burning even more calories and if you haven't increased the amount you are taking in, you will eventually stall on the weight loss.0

As carazy as it sounds you may not be eating enough. Now that your job has you moving along with exercise you should really try to eat all of your calories.0

im going to log my food first aiming between 1200-1400 calories daily then going to log my work outs now the next question is do i eat my burnt cals to stay at 1200-1400 or just leave em alone and dont eat em back???0

I'm having the same problem and I'm still only losing around 2-4 ounces a week it's almost discouraging after a while.0

Eat more, net at least 1200. That means your food minus your exercise should be 1200 or more. If you eat 1500 cals and burn 300 at work, great. You could even eat your exercise calories back, most people prefer to. However, if you only eat 1000-1200 cals there's no way your body's getting enough.0

Eat your workout calories!!0 -
don't want to sound like one of the 'eat clean' hippies out there but you could try to improve the quality (&quantity) of what you're eating - you're always pretty high on sodium.0

Log everything, eat more and better and do eat back your burned calories. Best of luck....you can do this!0

Yep, everyone has said it. You need to eat more hun! :happy:0

Your NET at the end of the day should be no lower than 1200 calories. So if you eat 1200 calories, but burn 300 at the gym, you need to eat back that 300 to get back to 1200 calories.0
