I am new to myfitnesspal I am on a mission to lose over 100lbs I work out at
Curves at least 3x a week my starting weight was 258lbs. when i started myfitnesspal
i weighed 245lbs. today iweigh 238lbs. this site is awesome:happy: .. i dont really diet just eat whatever i want but since myfitnesspal i have been trying not to go over my caloric intake.Till next time D:heart:

    Welcome and good luck to you! :happy: I just joined about a week ago. I had been working on getting in shape for the last 9 months, (actually longer) and then got stuck after losing 24 pounds. I think this is a great site and what I need to get me going again. I'm working for more than weight loss. I had a virus in my heart 3 years ago, and I'm trying to get it strong again. It is a slow process, but I really want to help make it happen. It's improved by 10% but I have another 20% to go. Best of working and achieving to all of us!!:heart: Cute little one:smile: Mine are all grown now. My youngest just turned 22 and my oldest 41. Wow!!! how time flies!

    I AM NEW TOO. MY COUSIN TOLD ME ABOUT THE WEBSITE YESTERDAY. I STARTED A MONTH AGO. SO FAR IM DOWN 13.2LBS. I AM STILLIN LOSING BUT SLOWLY. GOOD LUCK TO YOU.
