Has anyone made their own pair?

I want to make my own, choose my colors and what not, any suggestions?

I've already seen the Nike ID site and it's okay, I'm wondering what other options are out there!

    Those are freakin awesome!! Where do you go to make custom high heels, nevermind the sneakers!! Hahah
