How many calories in a rice risotto

i have made a rice risotto with a bit of beef and some stir-fry veggies. Ive been getting results from 200 calories to 500. not sure what one to pick

how many calories would 1 cup once cook be

    I would suggest you use the recipe tab and add your own. It is going to vary hugely depending on exactly what you put in. :smile:

    I agree. Arborio rice is in the database. That's the usual base for risotto but it often has cheese, cream, etc.
