I am fed with ladies trying to get the attention of my husband in the wrong way as if I am invisible, standing beside him!!! I hate those people who have no respect for overweight women!! Sorry for saying all this!!! But I feel so angry!!!
Time for a change!!!
Who is up for a challenge? We can start with a 2 week challenge & then go further. In these 2 weeks, we shall motivate each other, share your experiences for the day, anger, happiness, etc.
This is what I'll be doing:
Morning: JM 30 day shred (I know it's for 30days. But let's start small & complete the 2 weeks & then go further)
Evening: Min. 1 hour brisk walk
End of the day: 5-10 cycles of suryanamaskar. Then do Pranayama. Finish off the yoga with relaxing Shavasana.
Healthy Diet, 8 glasses or more water. 8 hrs of sleep. Just before going to bed, every alternate days I will be having Triphala which is a natural ayurvedic medicine meant to clean up the digestive system (You can omit Triphala, if you don't want).
We can start off by sharing our weight & height. Don't forget to measure yourself to see if you have lost any inches by the end of week 2.
Mine: 173lbs (78.5kg), 5 2"
Midnight here & time for me to go to bed. So, let's start a fresh day from tomorrow.
So the challenge will start from June 12th & end on June 26th. We shall share our progress on June 27th.
What do you all think? Why not go ahead with the challenge?
See you all tomorrow. Good night.

Yeah.. I too thought the same. But my yoga instructor said we can either do it early morning or in the evening, one should just take care that they do it on empty stomach. He said if we did it in the morning, we will feel energetic & if in the evening, we will be relaxed & have a good night's sleep.0
