CREEPY!

I went home for lunch today and as I was getting out of my car and walking towards the front door, I saw this creepy looking man with dark sunglasses and a ski cap (it is 106 degrees out today) slowly cruising down the road in a windowless van while blasting Gotye's "Somebody That I Used To Know."

I live in the ghetto and see some crazy stuff, but this...

Let's just say I double and triple-checked to make sure that my house was all locked up when I left today.

The van sort of looked like this, but it was beige and the "free candy" sign was nowhere to be seen - maybe it was on the other side???

    There has been a white panel-van cruising different towns in WV in recent weeks. News is saying there have been at least 10 attempted child-abductions by the same dude, but he hasn't been caught yet.
