Help during TOM

Wasn't sure where to post this, but I have really bad cramps during that TOM. Any advice as to what foods help with that? Exercise does help, and I def don't shy away from that, but just looking for more natural ways other than taking an Advil.
Thanks!
Thanks!

that is a great question. i try to avoid caffeine and STAY HYDRATED! you can't avoid cramps altogether, but keeping well hydrated helps ALOT. i don't avoid advil, it's my best friend! LOL i don't think there is anything wrong with taking it if you need it - that's what it's for. i try to take it every 4 hours, and not "as needed." taking it only as needed can make your pain harder to control. (assuming you have really bad cramps.)0

I dunno if this is still relevant, but I just took two panadol and a magnesium tablet and they stopped within 10-20 mins...0

My mom made a rice bag for me, just rice sewn into a piece of fabric. I warm it up in the microwave, and the moist heat does wonders! Helps with my migraines as well

Valerian root works wonders for me, but I can only take it at night since it makes me sleepy too.0
