Hello everyone, My name is Candise and I am new to fitnesspal as you can tell by my headline. The reason I joined is due to I stopped losing weight even though I hit the gym 3-4 times a week. I needed to start tracking my calorie intake and what I burn to make sure I am doing things correct. I noticed on day one I dont eat enough and maybe thats why my body isnt burning it, its trying to hold on to what I take in lol O well I am glad fitnesspal has helped me notice this behavior. I wish you all the best in your mission.
