i lovd slim fast shkes that u mix with milk but i have a question for when i log them...you use 1 scoop and 8ounces of milk and if u put ice in it it makes it thinker and more of it. so do i still log it as 8 ounces even though after its blended with ice it makes more than 8 ounces :)

    Ice counts as water which is nothing, so don't add anything extra

    Yes, ---you are only adding water. (ice) 0 calories. Doesn't matter. :smile:
