Interesting. I don't happen to have any right now, but I just might have to get some!0 -
You could use Kraft Free Mayo, it's just as good and only has 10 calories in a tablespoon as opposed to 100 calories of the regular.0

My brother is a health fanatic.. He eats greek yogurt all the time. He stirs in peanut butter for more flavor and protein (b.c greek yogurt is already very high in protein)0 -
I have to agree with using the greek yogurt for a mayo substitute. I like Chobani personally. Works well if you season it a little.0

I don't care for light mayo, but I do love the light miracle whip. It's 20 calories per tablespoon and I've come to love it for tuna salad! I'm sure chicken salad would be good as well, but I tried to make egg salad with it the other day and I wouldn't suggest that one. :happy:0

I was also going to suggest yougurt! I just tried it this week and could hardly even taste the difference!0

The wedges of Laughing Cow cheese works well too.
I've gotten into the habit of using 1/2 Tbsp of Miracle Whip and 2 tsp of Dijonaisse (and I hate mustard), and it comes out very good.
Dijonaisse only has 5 calories for 1 tsp, so less calories than mayo.
I know you don't like mayo or mustard, but thought I'd let you know how I make it anyway0 -
low fat three cheese ranch dressing...yummm0

Thanks... good idea. It's not so much that I don't like mayo, but I don't use the real stuff because it's so unhealthy, and the fat free stuff has high fructose corn syrup in it, which I generally try to avoid. I don't know if I'll get to the store before lunch time, but if I do I'll try the greek yogurt idea... sounds interesting!0 -
I like Italian dressing in my tuna...gives it a different flavor, and really yummy.0

Just had tuna with greek yogurt instead of mayo for lunch- it was great!
Thanks for the ideas, everyone!

Wow, 108 lbs lost! That's awesome!!!! Congrats!0 -
I make my tuna with
1 tbls EVOO
1 tbls vinegar (red wine or balsamic, depends on the mood)
onion
celery
calamata olives (any kind will do)
kosher salt
pepper
I like this in the food processor, but it is good just mixed up in a bowl.0 -

I spread some avocado on my bread - so delicious. It gives your sandwich the moisture you need and some great flavor including all the health benefits of the avocado. I got this tip from Jillian Michaels on the Biggest Loser.0
