And I am trying to pinpoint the cause.
1) I had a major binge on Saturday, but usually after such a binge my weight drops back within days.
2) I have started having a soya cappuccino each day, whereas before I had skimmed milk ones.
3) The day after my binge, I started running on a treadmill and doing elliptical for total of an hour, having only done cycling before.
4) I have been having more wheat, where before I avoided it almost entirely.
5) my period was due, but seems not to have come in spite of all the pmt symptons.
I cannot figure if this is gain from the binge, some issue with having soya milk, water weight from my workouts(my muscles are aching) preventing my weight from dropping back down, or the wheat.
I want to pinpoint this so that I can get a grip on it as I really wish to remain around 125/126 for now and my weight had held steady at that for months.

How about.....its been 2 days. Relax. Stop weighing daily if you freak out over fluctuations.0

sodium. water weight. stop freaking out. if you can't handle the fluctuations don't weigh but every 2 weeks or something.0
-
all of the above........it will come back down. Just go back to what you were doing and weigh next week0

If you weigh every day your weight is going to fluctuate by a couple pounds, its normal.0

It had remained steady at 125 for weeks, which is why I am a little concerned to find myself at 127, and sticking there.0
