Not too terrible--I probably notice it more than anyone else.

I also have age on my side :)

But the key things you can do to help loose skin----lots and lots of water--STRENGTH TRAINING!--and cocoa butter.

That is great! I've got some biggest loser/extreme makeover image stuck in my head, wondering if its possible to get ripped/bikini body after losing so much weight.

A lot of it is genetics. Look at the older folks in your gene pool. Have they aged well? If so you are likely to have less excess skin due to more elasticity in your skin. My mom lost 100+ lbs when she was my age as well. Have ya seen pictures of Kate Goslin's stomach after all those babies? LOL? There will be no "after" pics from me ;)

One more thing, did you have a lot of stretch marks during puberty? Preganancy? For girls, expanding skin during that time can give you an idea of how much stretch your skin has before those stretch marks occur.

I topped out at 510 pounds.... I'm at around 335-340ish now. I have quite a bit of loose skin in my belly and inner thighs area, and it's still getting saggier and looser. Under arms aren't too bad and seem to have shrunk down more than the other two spots. It is what it is... I definitely have plastic surgery in my future. I don't like how I look in the mirror, but all the loose skin in the world is better than looking and feeling how I used to a couple years ago.

I have dropped almost 75 pounds from 378 to 303.5 in about 4.5 months. I don't have any noticeable loose skin. That may be a different story when I get closer to goal weight. I'm fairly young "42" and still have a long way to go.

Best of luck to you. I wouldn't borrow trouble, meaning don't worry about loose skin until you have maintained for a year or so at goal weight and see how your skin shrinks up.

I have it on my arms & belly. I love it. They are my battle scars, and scars are cool!
I hope one day, when I'm at goal, to have some removed, but for now, I embrace it. And, yes, like one of the posters above said, its a lot about genetics, age and how long you were over weight.
Just to put those things into perspective, in my scenario:
I am 32. I've been at least 50 + pounds over weight since I was 19. This is my second go round from losing weight. I started in 2007 at 233 pounds, and in two years dropped 75 pounds to 158, then life happened and I refatted like a champ from 2010 to mid 2011. And from July of 2011 to now, I've lost 45 pounds.
I am a distance runner. I try to do 3 runs a week and do 2 weight training days a week.

Moral of the story? I like to talk about myself a lot? Yes, but for real, embrace this journey. Learn from it. Learn about yourself. Worry about the loose skin later. You can always have surgery if it bothers you that bad.

I look a bit like a deflated fat person. It has gotten a bit better over time, but my skin was in bad shape already by the time I started to lose weight. I've seen you, and I really don't think you've much to worry about. Your skin looks great now, so you'll likely not run into any issues.

Had to get a tummy tuck, male breast reduction, arm lift, and neck lift

I had to spend 23k out of my pocket, but I'd spend 123k to do it all over again....it made me feel amazing.
