i lost 55 pounds, 45 more to go!

i lost a lot of weight but am still fat! i kind of hate to see my reflection in the mirrow, i need to loose 45 more pounds , am on a balance diet , no junk food and i dont cheat on the diet, i started walking 4 to 6 miles everyday , thats actually helping me a lot , but if i reach my goal how do i keep it off?

    Also, try to stay positive. putting your self down is not going to help you stay motivated.. i noticed on your profile i dont see anywhere where you post you have lost 55 pounts. 55 POUNDS IS FREAKING AMAZING.. that should be up there also.

    Dont worry so much about your reflection in the mirror. The amount of miles you walk a day are very impressive. Keep it up and once a month stare at the mirror. You will look wonderful before you know it but I bet right now you are very beautiful. Good luck on the remainder of your journey

    I'm about where you are! I lost 58 lbs and have 45 more to go. For some weird reason, when I look in the mirror, I don't realize I am still fat. I have to look at photos of my full body to remind myself that I still have a long way to go. I guess it's because I feel really healthy now.

    But yeah, I'm still pretty chunky and wearing size 14 and 16.

    Add me if you need a friend to lose those last 45!

    This is so spot in it could've been written by me lol. I have lost 62 lbs so far and have 44 to go. When I look in the mirror I still see the same old me too. Pictures help. A lot.
