Hello all. My name is alyssah and I am trying to get back in shape after baby. For two years I have been trying to loose the 100 lbs I gained with my pregnancy. I am currently 217 and have lost 3 lbs so far. My goal weight is 150. But right now im just trying to get under 200. If there is anyone with tips to stay motavited it would be greatly appreciated!!

Hey!
I am new here and I noticed that we have similar goals. I currently weigh 227 and have lost 5 lbs so far. I would like to get under 200 as my first goal and then get down to about 160-170 long term. If you would like, you can add me as a friend. I'm not really sure how it works since I am still trying to figure out the site. So far, I have just been watching what I eat and exercising a few times a week and it seems to be working.
