Measurements: How often do you take them

I see numerous threads about how often you weigh yourself on scale. I would like to know how often do you measure inches lost and calculate your body fat?

I personally recently got serious about measurements and will probably be taking it once or twice a week (mainly for giggles since I know bf% would probably not even change once a week)

    Never. The numbers on a tape measure frustrate me more than the number on a scale. I just look in the mirror and know I'm not losing inches.

    I weigh in once a week(wednesdays), and I take my measurements every other wednesday! I used to do it every week, but sometimes the loss was mimimal, and it was frustrating! I have just taken my first bf% this week, after watching my diet and exercising for 3.5 months! I will start doing that monthly!xx

    I've been weighing in everyday - my progress report yo-yos up and down like crazy.....

    There is an overall downwards trend though - thankfully....>!

    I weigh myself once a week. I do measurements once a month and progress photos once every other month.

    Probably every two-three months when I feel my clothes are loose.

    I was weighing myself pretty much every day and measuring sporadically. I am changing up my workouts and eating habits and I am going to try and commit to weigh myself in 30 days and do my measurements then as well. I figure with the change -- mostly eating more and incorporating a 10x10 workout on one muscle group once a week -- will give my body time to adjust and hopefully drop a bit. It'll be hard to get out of the mindset of weighing every day but it discourages me to see the fluctuations so I thinki need that. For now I will rely on the mirror and the way my clothes fit.

    Scale - daily (I iknow, it should be weekly, but I'm weak!)

    Tape Measure - monthly

    Pictures - monthly (if i remember, or when I hit a mini goal)

    Scale--every day and log once a week on MFP. Tape Measurements--about once a month.
    Clothing measurements--all the time this girl likes to shop.
