Hi I am starting the new me from today.

I am a 52 year old woman, a Granny, a mother and wife, who lives in England, in the west country, and am in need of help and support

I need to be focused on this weight loss journey as I deserve to be happy and comfortable with who I am

Please friend me to help keep me on track
