    Our group does a different challenge every month. Feel free to join our group - it's titled A New Me - Let's Get Started - Part 7.

    We were thinking of doing a strength training routine three times a week as a challenge for November. :smile:

    There are. We haven't worked out all the details, but it will probably have to do with strength training three times a week or something like that.

    I'm going to keep doing what I've been doing, which is Slim in 6 four days, yoga one day, and rest one day, until I lose six more pounds. Then I'm going to switch to either Power 90 or P90X, which will have more intense strength training. I love lifting, but I think I'll have a better time of it, especially if I do X, if I do it at a lighter weight. Maybe I'll even be able to do an unassisted pull up some day!
