The Dreaded Plateau!!! HELP PLEASE!!

Hey fellow MFPs! I've officially hit a plateau (going on two weeks). OK so my first option was to exercise more and that so far actually had me gain 1.2lbs the first week. Now I have tried eating a little more. For example, trying to eat more of my exercise calories back instead of being way under goal for the day. HELP!!! I'm at the dreaded plateau!

Plateaus in the past are what normally make me quit. I could really use some seasoned MFP advice. My mini goal is to at least be at my 1/2 way mark of 25lb loss by the time I go to Canada for Carabana. That's in 7 weeks! 7lbs in 7weeks should be no sweat, figureatively at least, But at this stalling rate of say 0-.2lbs a week it may be impossible. Any suggestions, workout, diet composition or otherwise I'd really appreciate it!
