I can't believe my eyes! Today isn't even my usual weigh in day, the week has been pretty slow & this afternoon I weighed just for kicks & look!!!!
I'm so excited!

    I'm really motivated now.
    I only lost 2 pounds in August, 2 in September, so I was thinking I'm doomed to a snail's pace.
    Then BOOM 5 in October. That's more like it.
    I even changed my goal.
