Exercise program to lose fat on butt

I all.. I have been looking into a number of products like Brazil Butt Lift, the Butt Bible, and Jillian Michael's 30 day Shred and Killer Buns and Thighs. I was hoping someone could recommend which product would be best to help me shred the fat off my butt. I am a skinny person already but need to make my hip measurement smaller for my modeling contract. I currently run and eat healthy but the fat on my bum just won't budge! If anyone has some suggestions that would be greatly appreciated!

you can't target areas for fat lose. Genetics decides where it will come off. All you can to is eat a health deficit and exercise. Strength training with help burn fat as well and tone muscle. Compound lifts are your friend0

First, you can't spot reduce. Your body will shed weight however it wants, and often times trouble spots are troublesome because they are the last places we lose weight.
Second, you don't lose weight with exercise, you lose it with a proper diet. if your diet stinks, exercise can help cover things up, but only to an extent.
If you want to lose weight, get your diet in check and go from there.0 -
Brazil Butt Lift is your best bet...the guy does train Victoria Secret models. I find this method effective as he truly does hit every muscle in your bum you didn't know you had. This is also a very comprehensive program -you got cardio, abs, strength training and of course lower body workouts.0

I am doing Butt Bible now. I love to hate Pauline. I just stepped up to level 2 and it is a lot harder. I think level 3 will kill me! (but in a good way).
I started with Brazil Butt Lift and it was too much for me to start with. I am most likely going to do that next, though.
Right now I do Butt Bible daily and elliptical trainer 5-6 days a week. I've been doing the Butt Bible for about 3.5 weeks and I am noticing a big difference already. I think with a program like Butt Bible, adding cardio is beneficial if you want to lose weight. The program itself isn't a significant fat burner/weight loss tool. Rather, it's for targeting a specific area to re-shape/tone muscles. Personally, combining strength training and cardio will reap the best benefits (for myself) since I need to burn fat and shape muscles. Once I get to my goal weight I will re-evaluate and see if I will lower cardio and add more strength training. I have always been "soft" because I relied upon cardio.. but now I want to be FIT, not just small.
I know someone on MFP who is doing Butt Bible AND Brazil Butt Lift. I don't know how she does it. I am hurting after just Butt Bible!0 -

I agree totally, controlling your diet is the first step to success, I always tell people to be your own worst enemy when it comes to what you eat. Yes many exercises can "tone" your butt, but like above you can just target area that you want to lose weight in or their would be no such thing as dieting0 -

Squats and deadlifts are free if you can find something heavy enough. And they work the butt plus a whole lot more.0
