Hi,

I have been struggling with weight my whole life and have had it! I am going to lose weight this time and get healthy!
I have about 90lbs to lose and want to lose it for 2013 and start the new year off right!
I am exercising daily and tracking my food! I am really committed to doing it this time!

Girl, I can relate. I need to change the way I approach food and what it means for my body! It is not a reward....it is fuel! I have started waking up at 5:30 a.m. to walk a mile before I shower. Trying to increase my steps to 8000 a day with a goal of 10,000 steps a day!
Trying to eat healthier, more foods in their natural state! We can do this!

I agree, I have taken the attitude or am still in the process of saying food is just fuel. It is a great way to think about it!
    We can do this!

Hi, My name is Charm. I am 205 pounds and hating it. I have tried losing the weight but the hormones in my birth control made it hard for me. Now that I have a better contraceptive I would like to get down to 150 lbs. I am only 18 and I was a cheerleader in high school. My freshmen year of high school I was 145 pounds but did not look like because it runs in my family. I work at rue 21 which is retail and it seems like I harldy have enough time to exercise now. I would like any tips anyone can give me.
