So.. I've been off and on with this workout thing, it's going pretty good.. I lost 18 lbs so far but I've struggled with finding enough motivation to actually get me butt up and do something. I really miss getting people encouraging me when I've done a workout. Lately I've only had around 2 people telling me what a good job I've doing but I would still like more.

Most of my MFP friends haven't logged in for a while, 2 weeks maybe? It's so frustrating! Because I realized I was slowly falling in that footstep aswell.

Anyone else wanna be friends? We'll encourage each other, maybe even follow an exercise routine together? :)

I totally understand. Its too easy to give up and an accomplishment to keep at it. Let's do this, don't give up. Feel free to add me.

Please do not give up...I know it's tough, but think about the hard work and effort you have made to loose weight. Do you really want to gain it back? Hang in there and keep up the great work!

Thanks everyone, I don't want to go back to who I was, but it's hard for me. I know not to give up and I can do it on my own but the thing is, I don't want to, at least not right now.. Right now I just hate being someone that works out on their own and I want to try and succeed this time instead of all the failed attempts I did in the past. I'm thinking maybe if I get started off with so much support that I feel I can do more than capable. You know?

Plus, MFP friends seem to be wayyyy better to talk to than in-person friends or colleagues. :P
