vacuuming / hoovering the house

I have just been vacuuming for an hour really out of breath now and sweating! so I am logging it as a workout but there is not a vacuuming option in cardiovascular exercises only cleaning light moderate or vigorous , so what does any1 else log it as or do u log it at all???

I would do it under light cleaning, especially if you were cleaning for an hour or more.0

I don't log anything like that. I work on a college campus, so I do a lot of walking (to and from buildings and to and from my car) and I don't log that either.
The way I look at it is this: if your calorie count is a little off, or you forget to log a little snack or something- it's taken care of. Also, I usually try to use nutrition labels to compare with what is in the database, but if I don't have the nutrition label, sometimes I wonder if it's all that accurate.0 -

If it's something that I did regularly before I decided to get fit, then I don't log it.
If it was enough to keep me fit, I wouldn't need this site.0
