Sugar

How am I supposed to be below 24 grams of sugar?
I ate a mango for breakfast and I'm already over by 7; basically every fruit puts me over. I know there's a difference between natural sugar and added sugar... but for weight loss, is all sugar "bad" sugar?

Having this same issue; I have no trouble staying under my overall carb limit each day, but since I've been tracking I'm over on sugar every day, whether I earn more by exercising or not. It's almost entirely from fruit because my refined sugar and empty carb intake is super low. I'm drinking water and eating clean so I'm trying not to worry about it, but I still get anxious about whether I'm hurting my progress-- I also just don't want to have to drop the fruit from my diet.0

Hey guys :-)
In my opinion, one of the best pieces of advice I have ever heard is " earn your carbs"
So unlimited raw veggies, one serving of fruit from berries only until you are at goal.
Good luck!
