Swiming vs Running?

Options
Which one is better for toning and weight loss? Because I'm already a competitive swimmer but I still have a few pounds to lose and as far as I can tell, swimming isn't really making that happen. I already run a couple days of the week...so is that enough? How much running should I do to tone up? Like how many days a week, how long, constant pace vs hiit? Pleeease give me some advice on this..

If you are a competitive swimmer then your body has no-doubt adapted and become very efficient at swimming. Diet and eating "clean" are obviously a huge factor in losing "that last little bit" of weight, but making your body do some sort of cardio that it's not used to can help. HIIT such as wind sprints can burn a ton of calories and help out with what you're trying to accomplish.
