    Ingredients:

    6 hard boiled egg whites, chopped
    4 oz cooked chicken breast, chopped
    1/4 cup grapes, halved
    1 cup cucumber, chopped
    1/2 of a medium tomato, chopped
    2 tbsp low fat mayo
    1 tbsp FF Greek yogurt
    Scallions
    Curry Powder
    Cayenne Pepper
    Garlic Powder
    Salt & Pepper

    Just combine all the ingredients (except )in a bowl and mix it up. Add curry powder, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper to taste. I didn't add garlic powder, but I think it would be a good addition. Top with scallions!

    You could throw some chopped walnuts in there for a little extra crunch.

    Serve on a bed of lettuce, on a sandwich, as a lettuce wrap...or just in a bowl.

    Makes 4 cups.

    13 g protein
    1 g fat
