I was wantin to know if there are any Cathy Savage Girls here?? I am Training for my first NPC Bikini show in Nov and am working with Cathy Savage Fitness to whip me into shape!! I would love to connect withsome of my Savage Sisters!!! This program has been an awesome journey so far! these are my week by week results for 1 month........

    wow! I don't train for shows but my stepdaughter does bikini. Your legs look awesome! What an awesome transformation already! What is your leg workout if you don't mind me asking? Where do you live? She is competing in November in Atlanta but I think it will be a SNBF show.
