New and need to lose!!!!!

Hey guys!!!
Its been 2.5 years of making excuses and allowing me to keep all the weight I gained with my pregnancy and then some. Its finally time for a change - I refuse to let go of my skinny wardrobe (and trust me its taking up a lot of room! lol) just to prove it to myself that I can fit into it. Want to lose the 80 lbs i gained with pregnancy so I can have another baby!! lol .... I am new to this site and would love to have friends I can go to for inspiration!!! Any tips would be helpful!! I am currently trying to stay on a 1100 calorie diet and started the insanity workout 5x week. Not sure if I should be eating more calories. i eventually want to start walking and then jogging as well.
I was hoping to get some advice on diet, work out routine?? Any tips suggestions - I want to lose this weight , tone up (the faster the better ) and stay fit!!!
I would love to add friends for support & motivation! I try to log in every day

SW: 235.6
CW: 228.0
GW: 150-160

I also had a quick question .... I notice when I work out I really dont think I lose weight - should I just diet and try to lose the weight 1st and then do the insanity to tone up ... or should I continue to do both. I have a lot of weight to lose.0 -
