staying on track while sick

What do you do to stay on track while sick? I've been feeling miserable for about 2 weeks now and haven't been able to hit the gym, I just limit my caloric intake. I must say being this sick has really helped the weight loss but I'm starting to worry about health consequences. Any advice?

    Yep. See a Dr. 2 weeks is a long time to be "feeling miserable."
