Oh god..
Hubby has requested that I make him cookies.... which I have said yes to...
He loves them! However, they are not the real healthy sort... being chocolate chip and all...
So, I am going to make them and taking a vow to not eat any dough or cookies tonight, or tomorrow, or at all!
I am going to brush my teeth (some one gave me that trick) and then make them.
I enjoy cooking... but this is going to be a little bit of a struggle this time (cause I love cookies to)!
I could use some support!

Maybe allow yourself one...I think they are about 100 cals...Or chew gum...Or go cold turkey...0

Request that he takes them to work.0

Easy, don't bake so you will not have to eat them. Hubby can go to the local bakery...0

Have a cookie. Slowly savor every bite, so you find eating one cookie more satisfying than you would scarfing down ten. Then just do an extra 10 minutes of cardio.0
