When did you see results 30DS?

I've been doing the 30DS for 5 days now, and don't get me wrong I wasn't expecting miracles straight away but when did you notice you had lost inches/weight? I have nothing to show for it so far :(

    third week in i noticed more shape in my arms. i could see a difference between my shoulder and my bicep whereas before it was just one big lump. also by week 3 i was noticing a difference in my physical abilities- for example i did not have to modify as much. I was big when i did 30 day shred and did not notice inches anywhere other than my arms. but i lost 13 lbs and 14 inches total from all over my body by the time i had finished the program.

    I lost 4.5 inches overall after finishing level 1.

    The smaller you are the slower you are going noticed a HUGE difference. You'll see it mostly in your arms after you finish. I heard the RI30 gives you better results when it comes to toning.

    Let me first say I was a butterball who couldn't even do a single modified knees-down push up. My thighs were really soft and pillowy. When I flexed my arms, you couldn't see any difference before or after.

    After 5 days, my thighs were significantly firmer! They're still jiggly, but you can actually feel the muscles now. After 7 days, you could see my minuscule biceps if I flexed as hard as I could. If you want numbers, I lost 3 pounds and an inch off my waist and half an inch off my bust. Legs, arms, and hips still the same though.

    I'm on day 8 now. ...I still can't do a real push up, but baby steps!
