Has anybody tried e-HGH?

I've gone from anti-supplement to supplement-junkie within the last 6 months. The lastest one I'm trying is e-HGH and I wanted to know if anybody else here is using it? I have noticed a decrease in my appetite (yay since I'm trying to lean out!) and I've eliminated between-meal snacking. I used to be STARVING every 2-3 hrs. I have not changed the TYPE of meals I'm consuming, though. Since my snacks have gone, my calorie intake has decreased (I'm still staying above 1200, no worries).

What have your experiences been? It's pricey, so I'd like to know if others have seen any difference.

I third! Nothing like thinking you're doing something good to make you think you did something good.

Not my cup of tea. :((((((

Well, then it's completely subconscious! It was about day #3 before I realized that I hadn't been eating my snacks and that I didn't miss them. It wasn't a "result" from the product I was expecting. Everything I had read had more to do with "more energy, increased muscle growth, etc". That's why I was wondering if others had a similar experience. But if it IS a pacebo effect, I'll still take it because it's working - whether it's the product or not! :)
