Scale is confusing me!

I have just come back from studying abroad and I feel great! I didn't have a scale down there, only a tape measure, and when I did weigh myself at the doctor I was 135 or so. I come back to the states three months later, tape measure says the same thing, maybe even a little less, and the scale says I've gained 8 lbs!

It's been about a week and it's not budging :( I'm not sure what happened because i feel like i'm thinner than I last was at that weight on the scale! So confusing!

Go by your measurements and how you feel. Don't let the scale discourage you!

Often the doctors scale and a persons home scale wont say the same thing. Or you could have gained muscle. You should try a scale at a gym that makes you move the weights yourself. Those scales are more accurate, that or go to your doctor here.
