How do you celebrate milestones?

Hello guys and gals

I was just wondering how those of you who set different goals/milestones (not just the end result) celebrate your success? And don't tell me you're doing an extra round in the gym ;-)

Every kilogram I lose I get to eat a reward meal, and also I get a block of chocolate when I get to be lowest weight in x years, when x is a new larger number (ie I go from lowest weight in 6 years to lowest weight in 7 years). In return I'm not allowed sugar except at those times. When I reach goal weight I'll get a 32GB mp3 player. I'm also promised myself I'm not allowed to go overseas until I'm at goal weight, which is motivation because I'm going to see someone for a possible relationship in another country. I guess our relationship is hanging on my weight loss, which I'm not worried about, only 10kg to go.

Treats, such as a pedicure or massage, or, every 15 pounds lost, shopping for new clothes.
  • Hi

Thank you for replying. Wow that's a bit more drastic than I envisioned but thanks for the input. I am happy that you are close and confident that you will reach your goal. I really hope you can go overseas as soon as possible.

    Cheers.
  • Hi Lottee

Thanks for the ideas. Hopefully this year will hold many more beautician and shopping opportunities for you.

    Cheers
