Any 30 Day Shredders? Questions, help needed...

Hi Everyone,

Im on Day 2 of the 30 day Shred ive tried it before but got injured, anyhow I have really chronic cramps and pain in my feet doing the jumping jacks and skipping rope! To the point im screaming! Why? Does anyone else get this? I dunno what to do?!!

Anyone just starting and want to be buddies?

    What are you wearing on your feet?
    I find if my trainers are laced too tightly I sometimes get cramps.

    Are you doing it with good trainers on? I did it one day without them and my feet and joints hurt a lot - I think with all the jumping you really need to have something to absorb it a little. Also when you jump make sure you land on your toes and bend your knees, rather than flat footed and straight legged! If you have a matt for the abs work, try to jump on that?

    I was about to start Level 2 and then got injured, so am hoping to start it again on Saturday, as I'm away for a couple of days. I'd be happy to get through it together if you like?

    Yeah i have good trainers which i used to run in with shock absorber insoles and everything!

    Im going to buy a mat and try what you said awetherell!
