Baby Pouch Burn! What's most effective?

I had a Cesarian section 9 months ago and packed on a decent amount of weight.
I am now eating healthy and doing P90X & 30 Day Shred, but everything I am instructed to do doesn't seem to really target my main and most embarrassing problem area: My "baby pouch".

Doing the ab workout Jillian has taught me AND the Ab Ripper X Tony has me doing is only working my upper abs and obliques. (At least that is where I feel it.) Is there anything I can do to specifically work on my lower abs / groin area?

By the way, the only thing even remotely close that I've felt is the bicycle kicks.
